* Awaiting formal confirmation of IA Library Initiative. Approved.

* Collection of info completed. Going through everthing now and preparing it for committee.

* Begin meeting process with volunteers. Will begin meetings mid June.

* Begin documentation of meetings, and information. Scheduled for mid June.

* Started mailing list discussions.

* Recruited 2 volunteer committee members.

* Completed a schedule for meetings w/ committee members.

* Telephone conference with technology leader, Marcia and Lou.

* Begin committee meetings

* Begin to identify and define needs, scope, goals.

* Prepare assessments & surveys.
