IAI is proud to announce a partnership with AIIM certificate programs offering IAI members a substantial discounts on online programs. Become a Practitioner or Specialist after taking the online exams in one or more of the six online certificate programs. Take courses in your time at your own pace. Online modules, downloadable handouts, and additional resources available for six months per course prepare you for the final exam.

Become a Practitioner or Specialist after taking the online exams. This is a new AIIM standard for industry professionalism and knowledge. The Practitioner courses will help you to answer the question, "What is?", while the Specialist courses cover "How to Implement". How do the online programs work?

Each online program is broken into modules. Each online module is approximately 60-90 minutes in length and combines audio and PowerPoint, delivered via your Web browser. You may start, pause or stop the module at any time to review materials at your own pace. You can also view a module multiple times to ensure mastery of content. Downloadable handout materials and additional links and resources accompany each course. At the end of each module there is a small exam (15-20 questions) covering the content presented. All questions are covered within the course material.

Students have unlimited access to the online courses and handouts for 6 months, but a maximum of 3 attempts to pass the online exam, which is accessible from the AIIM website. You need 70% correct answers to pass the exam. Once you have successfully passed all the exams for the program you will receive a Certificate of Completion and you will be awarded the designation of "Practitioner" or "Specialist". You can use the associated logo and title on your business card, email signature, web page, etc.
