New Members of the IA Institute Board of Directors

The following people have been elected to the 2006-2008 the IA Institute Board of Directors:

Christian Crumlish Oakland, US
Donna Maurer New Canberra, Australia
Eric Reiss Copenhagen, Denmark
Sarah Rice San Jose, US

This wonderful group will serve a two year term starting October 1, 2006. They join current board members, Peter Merholz, Samantha Starmer and Stacy Surla. Jess McMullin has served out his term and will join our Advisory Board.

Grant deadline extension

IAI has extended the deadline for application for the award of two USD $1,000 Progress Grants for 2006. Questions can be directed to the committee chair, Eric Reiss (elr AT e-reiss DOT com). Grant applications should be emailed by October 15th to grants AT iainstitute DOT org.
