IA Institute Delivers a Successful Leadership Seminar

April 4, 2005 -- The IA Institute held a successful Leadership Seminar as a preconference program for the ASIS&T IA Summit taking place in March in Montreal, Canada.

More than 95% of the attendees rated the IA Institute preconference as "very good" or "excellent" overall, and cited the relevance, subject matter expertise, and detailed materials. One attendee wrote: "There were great new ideas presented, and some confirmation of what I already knew."

"Hands-On Scenario Planning: Looking to the Future to Shape Decisions Today" with Jess McMullin

The IA Institute is generating ideas for a 2006 ASIS&T Preconference, and encouraging members worldwide to develop their own retreats. Potential topics for next year include:

  • User research methods
