UX Lead

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Program/Project Manager or Usability Researcher to work as a lead within our Client’s site located in Redmond Washington. The team is working on cutting edge video game technology in a motion capture lab setting. A big piece of that technology is a system that requires the team to collect a lot of data to train and validate by collecting it, building a balanced set across the population secondary across the analysis and optimizing the value of this data. This team will have 1 UX lead and 2-6 UX assistants that are in charge of running participants through usability studies in lab as well as field settings (at-home).

Job qualifications

 Good people management skills
 Ability to relate to people
 Ability to formulate open-ended and relevant questions.
 Fast learner, able to ramp up quickly
 Being proactive, always be doing something to contribute to the team and the goals, avoid down time, pick up the slack wherever you can.
 Confidence to take control of a study and the people participating, provide them with guidance and direction.
 Ability to sell people on participating in the study.
 Asking good clarifying questions internally.
 Excited about the project, enjoy human interaction and psychology with something as cutting edge as this video game technology
