Job description

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
Our Client is a full-service digital agency delivering interactive solutions designed around the people who use them, and in alignment with each client’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
1. Demonstrates a very good understanding of Client’s industry, business, politics and structure
2. Demonstrates a very good understanding of Client’s relationship, importance and satisfaction level with company
3. Effectively works with Sr. Business Manager to help clients plan and solve their business problems
4. Keeps abreast of Best in Class user experience and technical solutions and competitive sites/solutions (within clients’ industries)
5. Manifests solutions to meet clients’ business/marketing requirements
6. Effectively designs and presents solutions that work within clients’ budget parameters
7. Participates in Discovery processes and writes up functional/user requirements and detailed site recommendations (that can be estimated)
8. Demonstrates high degree of technical understanding
9. Researches possible technology solutions (for all kinds of applications), and works cooperatively with Engineering as they evaluate and select final technology tool set
10Researches software upgrades (when requested by Director of Strategy) and provides thoughtful, accurate and thorough assessments

Job qualifications

Qualifications
11. Develops detailed, thought-through Site Architecture: Wireframes, Navigation, User Experience Diagrams, Whiteside/Prototypes and related documentation (such as blueprint and component spec writing)
12. Effectively communicates wireframes and site functionality to production team
13. Demonstrates ability to effectively present wireframes, blueprints and complete solutions to clients
14. Provides effective User System Planning and Configuration, Content Management System Planning and Configuration and related documentation and diagramming, technical/programming-related services
15. Spearheads metrics/measurability and SEO planning for client sites and pages
16. Ensures site development conforms to the planned/articulated user experience
17. Designs and creates comprehensive monthly reports that monitor the defined metrics (for the client)
18. Defines prominence of key page elements and layout, and works cooperatively with Design on the flow and hierarchy of pages/sites/experiences
19. Creates thorough test plans for QA
20. Builds good relationships internally, with Production staff and Account Service
21. Assists and manages freelance strategists and collaborates well with internal strategists
