- Des services : l'institut met à disposition un forum pour l'emploi, des offres de formation, une bibliothèque de ressources, du matériel, des actions pour promouvoir la discipline et plus...
- Un leadership : l'institut est dirigé par un conseil élu regroupant les professionnels les plus reconnus de la discipline.
- Un objectif: la somme est plus grande que les parties : ensemble nous pouvons partager nos connaissances et faire progresser la discipline.
