Annual elections for the Information Architecture Institute's Board of Directors will be held from September 10 through September 19, 2011. This page serves as a gateway to information about the nomination and election process. Please direct any questions to election2011@iainstitute.org.
Election Results: We are pleased to welcome Chris Baum and Laura Creekmore to the IA Institute Board of Directors. Andrea Resmini was re-elected to a second term. We had a very strong list of candidates this year. Thanks to everyone for participating.

2011 Nominations
As we receive nominations, we will post them on the Nominations page, along with the name of the person who submitted the nomination.
2011 Candidates
We will post position statements and biographies of the candidates as they become available.
IMPORTANT: Only members of the IA Institute may vote in the election, and only members may run for office. Ballot invitations will be sent via a Surveymonkey form to the email we have on record in the Member Center. This may or may not be the same email address you use for the IAI-Members list or other social media. If you are a member, please make sure that the email address in our member database is up to date or you will NOT receive a ballot invitation. You also must be sure that you are not blocking Surveymonkey invitations. If you have ever opted out of Surveymonkey, whether for IA Institute or any other organization's survey, your ballot will be blocked and you will not receive it. To opt back in, please go to Surveymonkey.com. We will do our best to follow up with any bounced emails.
