The German IA Summit (aka IA Konferenz) is the premier Information Architecure- and UX related business conference in German-speaking Europe. Every year 300 - 400 IAs, UX experts and Usability consultants meet to chat, network and to learn from each other.

This year the German IA Summit 2012 takes place at Zeche Zollverein (Wikipedia, in German), a former coal mine (now a UNESCO world heritage site). The theme of the German IA Summit 2012 is "Content Strategy".
