IDEA09 Redux - Philadelphia
IDEA09 Redux
October 1, 2009
Messagefirst Headquarters
230 N 2nd St., Suite 2C
Philadelphia, PA
http://ideaconference.org/2009/redux
The IDEA09 Redux will be a very informal event!
The format will comprise of 10-minute summaries of the 12 sessions presented during the IDEA Conference between September 14-16 in Toronto, Canada. Each summary will be presented by conference attendees, capturing the big lessons and highlights of the event.
As IDEA attendees convey the big themes from the conference, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topics and issues raised. The goal of the event is to help you get a taste of what you missed and give the IDEA attendees an opportunity to explore all the great material they've been exposed to.
While this is a free event (with space generously provided by Messagefirst) we encourage you to make a donation for the Information Architecture Institute, responsible for making IDEA possible and continuously working to advance the practice of information architecture.
Note: space is limited so register soon! - Get the Wish-I'd-been-there ticket to attend but choose IDEA09 Alumni ticket if you would like to help us share notes, insights and observations of the event with the audience.

About the IDEA Conference
With every passing week, the ubiquity of access to information is shaping our world in ways we can see: shifting population centers, new ways of creating and using public/private spaces. These tangible experiences are also shifted through the lens of interaction design to affect the invisible spaces of social discourse, cultural framework and personal communication.
IDEA brings together leading interaction design thinkers from across the globe, and challenges them: to share beyond the concepts that inspire them most, and deliver practical guidance for attendees to begin making an immediate difference in the networked world of today and tomorrow.
